We can supply spares for most makes and model of domestic appliances - washing machines, tumble driers, fridges, freezers, cookers etc. We take your order and payment over the phone and the part is delivered directly to you. Delivery is guaranteed within 4 working days but is generally much quicker - next day is common if the order is placed before 3.00pm. A delivery charge will be made (the amount depends on the part being supplied).

• we identify the part
• you pay by credit / debit card
• we place the order
• the part you need arrives at your door

If you prefer you can pick up the part from our office in Newburn. This sometimes takes a little longer but you do save on the delivery charge.
